The reason why people write fanfictions that are crud in fanfiction format.

Phineas waved at Isabella. Isabella waves back.
“Hey, Zachary,” says Isabella. “You shouldn’t be mixing present tense with past tense.”
“To be fair,” Phineas replies, “everyone does that these days.”
And that was true. To be fair, no one in Danville had ever used just one tense at the same time because the gods who wrote their stories weren’t really gods at all, and simply used whatever words they wanted. Oh well, let’s stick an author’s opinion into the story to totally throw everyone off.
Ferb then gave a look that basically said, “Don’t do that. It messes up the flow of life. Or, at least, the storyline. Oh, and, there’s no reason to suddenly cut in with random stuff–”
Phineas then said, “ISABELLA, WILL YOU MARRY ME?”
Isabella then says, “YES”
Phineas then says, “YAY”

“To be fair, all of the writers who write stuff like that get comments like “omg woah so cute moar phinabella please you is amazing writer”,” replies Buford.
“Yeah, I guess so.”
Phineas blushes. “Sorry guys. Maybe later, Isabella?”
Isabella giggles.
Buford giggles.
Candace giggles.
Baljeet giggles.
Phineas giggles.
Doofenshmirtz giggles.

Dictionaries!
You can freaking right click on ANY word you type in Microsoft Word and get a list of synonyms for it.
Your resources are ENDLESS!
Use them to make your story more interesting, more unique. And using more and bigger words makes you sound more intellectual, as if you know what you’re doing. Hell, Stephanie Meyer did it. If whatever that was did that what is the did that is what face then you can to!
